  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Whisk softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, soy sauce, dark brown sugar, and garlic powder until very smooth. Fold in turkey meat and half the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Scoop into 3-cup oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Meanwhile, heat oil in pan or dutch oven to 350-375° F and fry wonton wrapper triangles, briefly on each side until golden. It’s quick so do them in small batches of 5-6. Cool on paper towel. (TO BAKE instead of frying, spray wrappers with oil on both sides. Bake at 350° F in single layer for 5 minutes or until golden).
  5. Sprinkle with salt. When dip is ready, garnish with chives and serve with wonton chips. Enjoy!
