  1. Preheat oven at 400 ° F.
  2. Mix the garlic with 1 tablespoon oil and half of the lemon juice. Place the turkey on a pan covered with parchment paper.
  3. Add the oil with salt and pepper to taste. Bake 30-35 minutes.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Cook the beans 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the pepper, 3/4 parmesan cheese, a drizzle of extra oil to taste, the spinach and the remaining lemon juice. Cook 2 minutes.
  7. Serve beans with turkey and cherry tomatoes.
