  1. In a large skillet or medium pot, brown turkey with onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 8-10 mins. Add garlic.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes and spices and stir to incorporate.
  3. Add turkey broth and water Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Add lasagna noodles and mix into sauce. Cook over medium high for about 20 minutes or until noodles are al dente.
  5. Reduce heat and stir-in spinach. Remove from heat and top with cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
