  1. Combine all meatball ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the meatball mixture into 24 pieces and roll into balls.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add 1-2 tsp of grapeseed oil, then add in the meatballs.
  5. Sear the meatballs on all sides and continue to cook until cooked through.
  6. Spear the meatballs with a toothpick and serve with yogurt and a squeeze of lemon.
