TIPS: Like it sweeter? Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey to Mustard mixture. Switch it up: For a milder heat, substitute Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce for the Sriracha sauce.
Honey Mustard and sriracha sauce are combined for a tangy and zingy rub for turkey thighs.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season thighs with salt and pepper.
- Stir together Mustard, Sriracha and sesame oil; brush all over thighs.
- Place thighs in roasting pan. Roast for 45 to 50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.
