  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in resealable bag.
  2. Add turkey breast and marinate overnight or for no less than one hour.
  3. Pre-soak hickory chips in apple juice for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat BBQ grill to 400ºF (205ºC).
  5. Place chips in a foil pan and top with foil.
  6. Poke several holes in the foil to encourage smoke to escape.
  7. Grill turkey breast skin-side down for 10 minutes.
  8. Add foil pan under the grill, flip the turkey breast bone-side down and close the lid of the barbeque.
  9. Reduce heat to 350ºF (175ºC) and cook for another 20 minutes or until a digital meat thermometer inserted deep into the meat away from bone, registers 165ºF (74ºC).
  10. Remove hickory chips packet from barbeque and discard.
