  1. Pound the turkey thighs into thin pieces like a cutlet.
  2. Season the turkey thighs all over with thyme, paprika, salt and ground pepper.
  3. Arrange 3 to 4 bacon slices on top of the thigh, overlapping them. Tuck in the ends of the bacon slices to make a neat package.
  4. Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
